Journey Home MFT Spotlight

Happy Sunday!

Some of you may have noticed that I've cut back on my design teams over the past several months.
Trying to find that balance between work and home has been a challenge and with even more changes on their way I knew it was only fair that I leave ALL design teams.
As much as I loved being a part of DT it was getting harder and harder to make my commitments.
I'm not one to stamp ahead like some. Using the most current stamps or papers is what I like doing most.
Creating for an entire month is possible but really??? Not for me :(

So what I've decided is that I'm going to spotlight or showcase (however you want to word it) one company each week. For a bit anyway ;)
This week I've chosen MFT for no particular reason other than I have the most current stamps and am not waiting on an order.
Although I have not used a "new" stamp on my card I did use new paper!
The paper is from My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline - Fiddlestick Collection.
The stamp set is from Clearly Sentimental About The Journey.
Stamps: Clearly Sentimental About the Journey; Cardstock: Vintage Cream, Smokey Shadow, MME DP; Inks: Black; Accessories: MFT Layered Label Die, MFT Simply Scallops, Twill, Canvas, Sewing, Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by today!

I don't blame you, Dawn! It's very hard to keep those commitments on DT's!! I'm finding out that, too. Family life gets so hectic, you wind up frantically making the cards last minute! :( Anyway, I love your card and the paper is awesome! ;D

It is a hard choice to make, but I totally understand why you have made these choices. I love this card, so pretty and I must get that paper! :)

Well you know I'm one to fully understand about balance. You gotta do what you gotta do to make yourself happy. :) I love this card with all those grey tones and the "wood" paper...so cool! Yep, I need that!

I fully support your decision, Dawn, and good for you for sticking to what makes you happy :) Family should always come first and Chloe is growing up quickly so take as much time with her as you can (I'm doing the same with mine!).

LOVE the wood background on this card and the touches of cream are fabulous.
