The Rainbows of Life....

follow the storms.

Hello :)
Thank you for the sweet and supportive comments on my last post.
I think Cindy Haffner nailed it....I am burned out. The pressure of creating and posting daily becomes overwhelming. So I'll create and post when I can. Enjoy what I do.

Monday I had the day off with it being Family Day here in Alberta. Not everyone had it off though :(
My husband worked while my daughter was off hanging out with her friend.
So I had a little time on my own to start cleaning and organizing.
I have a ton of dies now and had them stored on large magnetic sheets but as my collection grew I just kept cramming them on the already packed sheets. LOL.
Well when I knocked the dies over they fell off and I had to sit and pick them up.
That's when I found this fun Rainbow Die from MFT.
I haven't used it in...forever.
Looking on SCS I found the CAS challenge and decided to play along.
Harriet pointed out that my card was very similar to the CPS sketch this week as well.
Cool.
Anyway, this is my card.
Simple.
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful week :)

I too love your card(s) Dawn and this one is really cute! I love CAS more as I age! I do not have a blog for a ton of reasons, but one is that I'd feel obligated and I don't need more obligations. I think it is perfectly reasonable to sit back and let the blog work for you rather than the other way around! thanks for sharing!

I love this card. The embossed background, the darling rainbow and the felt clouds. It looks gorgeous together.

So pretty! You nailed it on the head. You should create when you WANT to not because you NEED to. Ever since I started blogging on average 3 times a week, I am much happier and more inspired! Hugs sweet friend!

I can't even visualize how a rainbow die would work unless you have to cut each piece of cardstock separate and layer? You could do that. You did do that - LOL! And the felt clouds are so fun....love love texture.

EEEK {in a good way!} I'm so glad to see you! ...and relieved, to see you relieved and playing when you feel like it! Good for you!! ;D
I really love how your rainbow dies work and the sentiment is perfect for how we all are feeling these days. Thank the Lord, He helps us through it all, huh?
