A Friend is Like a Rainbow

Good Morning

Today my mom and dad will begin their journey home.

It's been a wonderful visit and I'm so glad they were able to come out and visit us.

We had many laughs together :)

I'm on my way to Cranbrook for a couple of days and really hope we don't run into any downpours. The weather has been HORRIBLE here the entire month of June.

This is a card I made using the Paper Players Sketch #101 challenge.

I have used some MFT dies and The Great Outdoors sentiment set.

Life Is Sweet

Good Monday Morning!

I'm REALLY looking forward to this short work week BUT it's going to be a busy one for me.

Today I'm taking Snickers for her follow up vet app't to see if she needs to be on her meds a little longer(my opinion is yes).

My parent's will be starting their drive back to Ontario on Wednesday morning when I leave for Cranbrook.

I'll be out of town until Thursday evening.

Friday we are heading south for a little R & R as it's our Canada Day Long Weekend and school is out! YEAH!

I do hope to get a little stamping in between now and then though :)

The Sky's The Limit

Good Morning!

Well I survived the dentist yesterday!

It didn't go as smoothly as planned but in the end my broken tooth was fixed and a wisdom tooth is out....ouchie!

Actually it's only this morning that I'm noticing some pain and swelling but it's all good :)

Thursday evening I was able to find a little stamping time and created this card for Jen's Deconstructed Sketch #57.

Hello!

Looks like my week is going to be cut short.

Yesterday I broke a tooth and it's below the gum line.

That means surgery....8 am tomorrow.

So not looking forward to it :(

I'm sort of a chicken....lol

Hoping it heals quickly and doesn't interfere with my parent's remaining few days with us.

Good Morning!

Half way through the work week.....ahhhhhhh!

Yesterday the weather was hit and miss for the golf tournament and luckily the rain/hail held out until the last hour or so. Those last few golfers seemed to take their sweet time let me tell ya! 

In the end it turned out to be a successful charity event!

Today it's back to work. Darn.

I almost forgot to post my card that I made for last week's MFT sketch!

Tomorrow I plan on spending the day outside if the weather is nice.

I still have a ton of dandelions to dig up in the backyard and under the deck.

Long time no see!

Today was the first time I have stamped in a week! Wow!

Unless I'm away on vacation I always stamp during the week.

BUT

this week was different as my parents are here visiting.

Today though my Mom came down to the basement and kept me company while making a couple of cards.

This was one of them....

Last year I only played with this MFT Pinwheel dienamics I think once which was a shame :(

Wow what a busy busy weekend. Got a lot done but still have a ton to do before my parents arrive in a couple of days.

After work I need to get my nails done.

Well it looks like we are expanding our family.....
