Miss You

Good Monday Morning!

Wow our weather sure has changed....lol
Was close to -40 with windchill and tomorrow it's going to be 4C(about 40F). Pretty big swing, eh?

Anyway, I'm onto spring...even if it's in my head....lol

Joan is hosting the TLC's 9th Anniversary Challenge on SCS today.

Here's my sample for her challenge.

Happy Birthday - TLC441

Gosh I can't believe I haven't stamped since last weekend and I'm not sure if I'll have time this weekend!
All of my posts have been pre-scheduled all week, including this one!

Monday I made another card for Joan's TLC challenge on SCS - Mix Up Sentiments
Here I used a set from MFT and stamped the background almost exactly as it comes on the acrylic sheet! ha!
Needing more masculine birthday cards I went with muted colours stamped directly on kraft rather than white cardstock.
Stamps: Party Balloons, Birthday GreetingsPaper: KraftInk: Black, Gumball Green, Summer Starfruit, Cherry CobblerAccessories: Paper Piercer, Party Balloon Dies, Jute, Dimensionals

Thanks for stopping by!

I Like You

Good Morning!
I'm liking this SHORT work week :)

Tomorrow I leave for a couple of days on a road trip for work. Looking forward to it!
I will have all my posts scheduled for the rest of the week and I'll check in when I can!

Since yesterday was a holiday AND it rained we stayed in and relaxed. Well I did take Chloe driving and she did REALLY well! Then her friend came over and we didn't see her for the rest of the day....lol

Joan had a wonderful challenge up on SCS for the Try a New Technique #441 - Mixed Up Sentiments

I created this Reverse Confetti card using sets from Whole Lotta Dots, Arrows 'n Elements and I Like You.
The dots were stamped in versamark onto the black cardstock and then embossed with Clear EP.
Stamping several sentiments from the Arrows 'n Elements in a rainbow of colours on my piece of 3 x 3.5 white cardstock makes a pretty cool background!
Stamps: Whole Lotta Dots, I Like You, Arrows 'n ElementsPaper: White, Red, BlackInk: Versamark, Black, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, Bashful BlueAccessories: Clear ep, Button, Jute, Heat Gun
The layout comes from a Sketch For You To Try.
