Dance In the Rain

I hope that you had an enjoyable Christmas and were able to spend it with your loved ones.
Ours was quiet as always with just the three of us and the animals :)
Yesterday we did a little Boxing Day shopping but the only thing we walked away with were toys for
Didn't see anything we really wanted or needed.

I'm hoping today to get in my craft room and start on some nice spring cards! I know we are only in our first week of winter but I'm ready to create something other than snowy cards. How about you?

Here is a card I created a couple of weeks ago for the Freshly Made Sketch. This card was chosen as a fave :)
Stamps and dies are from Reverse Confetti and also MFT.

Gosh can you believe we are only a week away from Christmas?!
I haven't bought ONE present yet...yikes!

This year has been so hectic!
I'll be that last minutes shopper next week after

This morning I dropped Oreo off at the vet to be spayed.
The house was super quiet so I decided to go create one last(I hope) Christmas card.

I used the Freshly Made Sketch #217 and combined it with the Ways to Use It Challenge on SCS - Bring on the Bling.
This is a SU! only card.

Stamps: Wondrous Wreath Paper: White, Real Red, Mossy Meadow Ink: Pear Pizzazz, Mossy Meadow, Real Red Accessories: Christmas Greetings Thinlits, Wonderful Wreath Framelits, Dazzling Diamonds, Two Way Glue Pen, Dimensionals, Red Stickles, Mat Pack and Paper Piercer

Adventure Awaits

How about a little change up from all the holiday cards?

One of my assistants is leaving the company tomorrow to move onto a totally different job working for Alberta Health Services. Sounds like a great opportunity and I wanted to wish him luck in his new adventure!
I know how hard it is to make a change and for him he's been with us for 10+ years. Scary and exciting at the same time!

This is a card I created for him using Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch and some cute Reverse Confetti stamps/dies.

Stamps: My WorldPaper: White, BlackInk: Black, Daffodil Delight, Distress MarkersAccessories: Mat pack and Paper piercer, My World Die, Dimensionals

Let It Snow

Oh boy!
December sure popped up quickly!
I can't believe we are a little more than 3 weeks until Christmas!!!
We put our tree up and finished decorating it last night.

Last week my card was chosen on the Paper Players blog for a sketch #272 they had posted.
Super excited to be recognized since I haven't had a lot of stampy time lately.
