I've had a few emails and comments about the dimensions for the H & M Blog Hop Box I made
HERE.
I've never done a tutorial before so please be gentle...lol
Start with a piece of 8 x 8 cardstock and score each side at 2.5".
Then score two sides at 2 and 6...but only to the score lines as you see in the photo. The X gets cut out.

Trim off the four corners. Punch out your window with a circle punch. Here I used a 1 3/4". For a little more fun...try punching on opposite sides so light goes through the box or use a different shape or nestie to make your window!
Score all lines.

Adhere some sticky strip to the backside of the flaps and tape your box together.

Here is your box completed....well minus any decorating ;)

Now take a piece of cardstock that measures 4 2/16th square. Score it at 1/2" on each side. Snip 4 corners as I have done here. Adhere some sticky strip to the back of those little flaps and tape your box lid together!

If you have any questions...holler at me :)

This is your first tutorial? You did a wonderful job!! I will have to make some of these, they are really cute! Thank you for taking the time to share the directions!!
Thanks Dawn!! This is fantastic!! I am soooo bad at figuring these types of things out - my brain just doesn't like to think 3-dimensionally! So I really appreciate the pics and instructions!! :-) I'll be using this soon!!!
Super easy tutorial... even I can make this - LOL!!! ~TFS~
Great tutorial, looks pretty easy.
I tried this treat box 3 times and I couldn't get it to work. What is the finished treat box measurements?
I will try it again and see what happens. It is probably just me.
