Discover Your Wings - TE sneak peek

Happy Wednesday!
I almost thought I wouldn't have a time to get this posted last night....my furnace broke down...again...I think it's time for it to be replaced...lol
I spent a great deal of the evening close to a vent...trying to warm up! LOL! I also wanted to be sure that it didn't quit again...So far so good!

Today Taylored Expressions and the Baker's Dozen are previewing an upcoming set called Discover Your Wings. Every three months Taylored Expressions releases a set for the TE Giving Tree Program.
Discover Your Wings
was designed by Nancy McKinney and $7 from the purchase of each set will be donated to the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation http://www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org/home/
The Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation is a charity that serves families dealing with infant death. Their mission statement is “To introduce remembrance photography to parents suffering the loss of a baby with the free gift of professional portraiture. We believe these images serve as an important step in the family’s healing process by honoring their child’s legacy.” NILMDTS administers a network of almost 7000 volunteer photographers in the US and 25 other countries. This is a wonderful charity that TE is honored to support and I would encourage you to learn more about them by going to their website.
This card is a 5 x 5 square. The image was coloured with Copics and some Stardust Stickles were added to the wings along with some Tiny Taylor Twinkles.
Come blog hoppin' with me to see what the Baker's Dozen girls have cooked up with Discover Your Wings today:

Be sure to leave some love along the way because one lucky commenter will win a Discover Your Wings stamp set! How cool is that?

All you have to do is leave a comment on each Baker's Dozen blog today for the best chance to win! One lucky winner will be chosen at random from all of the comments on one of the blogs, but the trick is that nobody knows which blog it will be! You have until 6am PST on Thursday to enter. The winner will be announced Friday morning on Taylor's blog.

What a beautiful card, Dawn! And a great cause!

Sorry to hear about your furnace, hope it's all fixed now or it's gonna be a cold night! DH says tomorrow is supposed to be even colder, I'm too scared to look. I don't like the cold! This is really the wrong place to live, if you don't like cold, too!

Beautiful card and i LOVE the cause. No stamping for me last night, I blew a fuse blowing my hair dry with the heater going...we lost power everywhere but the kitchen! Had to go buy fuses today! We were warm, just dark! We put in a new furnace earlier this year, so I feel your pain!
