Happy Sunday

Hello :)
I haven't stamped in a week and I'm finding it hard to get motivated to do so again.
So much going on and so many other things I would like to do or need to be doing that stamping has taken a back seat.
I appreciate the emails (which I am behind on those with being away this past week) but I'll catch up as soon as I can.
The past 7 or so years of stamping has been wonderful.
Being on the Dirty Dozen back in 2008 really started it all for me. Things took off from there!
All the different Design Teams that gave me a wonderful opportunity to grow, learn and share what I love.
As much as I've loved stamping I am considering taking up a new hobby. Not sure what yet.
I'm not going to give up stamping but I think I'd like to get back to my roots and stamp just for fun.
Maybe even join Stampin' Up again(even if it's just for the discount).

Hard to believe I've had this blog for nearly 5 years! Wow time flies!
I just wanted to thank those of you who have supported, encouraged and followed me over the years.
Maybe you'll see me back in a few days, a few weeks or a few months :)

Dawn! Enough with the crazy talk, you better not go anywhere!!! You'll be missed my sweet girl! All kidding aside, I do hope that you find happiness in hobbies again, I know that sometimes the deadlines totally get in the way of the fun of stamping. Good for you for going back to your roots:) Keep in touch, babe!

Wow...I'm stunned and saddened. I've checked in on your blog nearly daily for the past year. Your cards are inspiring and you will be missed. Best wishes to you as you follow your path.

Take as much time off as you need. You were on so many DTs I can fully appreciate why you are burned out.

Sometimes a break is a good thing and new life is born when you are out and about doing other things. Keep us posted on your new venture and hope to see a few posts here along the way when the moood strikes. Hugs to you!!!

Giant hugs to you! I hope to see you on your blog again sometime, even if it's just to stop by and let us know you're still alive. ;) Sometimes you just need a break. I've felt that way often.

WOw...I started getting worried when you were dropping off DTs, but figured your real job was getting in the way. I have followed you for over 3 years...you are my favorite designer. I finally got the nerve to try challenges because of you and actually started my own blog 1 month ago. You were my inspiration. I hope you find a renewed spirit and joy in crafting. Take care, you will be missed...

Hi Dawn,
I think we have all been there. Take some time off, try other things. Just don't get rid of your stamping supplies yet. You might want to get back into it.

I will miss your gorgeous creations. you are the Patterned Paper queen.

Love ya, Dawn, and you know I'll support you in what ever direction you take!!! Taking a break is a good thing...it takes the pressure off and helps you enjoy the really important things in your life!!! You are such a fabulous talent...sit back, relax, and learn to love stamping again!!!
Has it really been 4 years since we were on the DD together...yikes...now I really feel old...LOL!!!!

Been crazy busy in my part of the world, too, Dawn - it happens! I'm just now catching up with a little google reader reading, myself. My unsolicited advice? Take it easy and one day at a time, gf. You don't have to make any big decisions or definitive statements; we ALL have times in our lives when stamping needs to not only take a back seat, but get out of the car for a while!!! Just know whatever you end up deciding, your friends (and especially your DD comrades) are here for you. Love & hugs!
