Life is Beautiful

Good Saturday Morning!

It's been a nasty weather week here in Calgary. Started off nice. Then the chance of snow came. Ummm some chance of snow....lol....think we ended up with about 30 cm which is about a foot. Envirnoment Canada sucks at predicting the weather...lol
Needless to say, I will not be going very many places this weekend. Driving in the snow and on the icy roads for work all week was enough for me.
I plan on staying in and stamping!

Last weekend I created this card for the Featured Stamper on SCS.
I cased Janelle's card here.
Stamps and dies are from Verve.
Stamps: Sunny Days
Paper: Crumb Cake, Wild Wasabi, EP For the Record 2 dp
Ink: Memento black, Wild Wasabi
Accessories: Copics, Verve Leafy Sprigs Die, SU button and Twine, Dimensionals

Beautiful CASE job, Dawn! We have gotten a LOT of rain down here in SW Louisiana and everything is soggy and water standing everywhere...the rivers are overflowing there banks by about 4 feet! Ugh! I think I wouldn't mind a little snow...;D! No rain today, just cloudy, but it supposed to rain again tonight or tomorrow for a few more days! Monsoon season sucks, right?
Hugs,
Sharon

Love how you did the flower and way to flash some Verve :) That is a lot of snow and I don't blame you for staying put :) Enjoy your crafty time!

Very pretty! Love that fabulous flower! Staying put sounds good to me - we are doing the same! It has been raining like crazy and now the temp is plummeting so you know what that means - I do not like driving on ice and have no need to go anywhere today so here we are staying!
