Season's Greetings - Freshly Made Dare to Get Dirty

Good Tuesday Morning!

Have you been playing along with the Dare To Get Dirty Challenges on SCS?
You have to be a Club Member to view the challenges....sorry!

I created this card below using the Freshly Made Sketch #96 and the DTGD13TammieE challenge.
Since I still had another poinsettia flower on my table from the other day I decided to put it to use!
No point wasting such a pretty sparkly flower, right?
Stamps: Seasonal SentimentsPaper: White, Real Red, Old OliveInk: BlackAccessories: MFT Poinsettia die, MFT tag die, Twine, Sewing, Smooch Spritz, Dimensionals

When I saw her card here I knew it was the one I wanted to case :)

For my card I used two Reverse Confetti stamp sets.

May Your Holidays Sparkle - MFT Sketch #134

I was lucky enough to sit down and stamp for an hour yesterday. Being back at work for a full week wasn't too bed except for the fact that I didn't get any stampy time in at all :(

When I saw the MFT sketch #134 I decided to pull out the Poinsettia die rather than using one of my usual flower dies. This was a fairly quick card. Love that!
The flower petals and leaves were spritzed with some Smooch for added sparkle and then I added three red sequins as well.

Stamps: MFT Seasonal Sentiments, Cardstock: Old Olive, Real Red, White; Inks: Black; Accessories: MFT Poinsettia Die, Circle Die, Sequins, Smooch Spritz, Sewing, Dimensionals

For the record, YOU ROCK!

Yeah for Friday!
Made it through my first back to work week. Whew!
It's been a doozy too! LOL! A lot going on and I'm not sure if I am coming or going some days.
Not sure what's on our agenda for the weekend. My parents head home Monday so I'm certain we will hang out together for most of it. Plus tomorrow is Chloe's 14th birthday! Wow time flies!

Last weekend I created this Reverse Confetti card for a couple of challenges:
Dynamic Duos Challenge #62 of Calypso Coral and Black
Paper Players Challenge #155 using a CAS sketch
Both challenge blogs are listed on my sidebar.

Here I used the Inner Rockstar set. I added a bit of Smooch Spritz on the guitar and added some fun glossy effects gel to the record.

Happy Birthday - SSSC189

Hello :)

Are you ready for another WONDERFUL sketch?!
This week there is a fabulous Sweet Sunday Sketch for you. Check it out!
I am having so much fun with these Party Balloons from MFT!
Love when there are stamps and matching dies. Makes my life so much easier!

Originally I had wanted to make a masculine card and pulled out Pacific Point, Old Olive and So Saffron. Not sure what I was thinking because they looked horrible together....lol
I quickly switched gears and went with these light colours. Much better!

Ready to see the rest of the Sweet Sunday Sketch Team?

Happy Birthday - MFT Sketch #133

I am so grateful for all the stampy time I had last week while on vacation.
It was wonderful!
Normally I sit down on weekends and play catch up on all the challenges throughout the week.
It was REALLY nice to play along the day of rather than 4 or 5 days later :)

I created this card below using the MFT sketch.
I don't have that postage die shape but I do have the edge die SO....
I cut a rectangle and then I cut each edge with the die. Leaving the negative, of course. I sort of like how it came out. It's different!
Stamps: PI Birthday GirlPaper: White, Kraft, MME dpInk: Memento blackAccessories: copics, MFT open hexagon dies, MFT word bubble dies, MFT postage edge die, dimensionals

I used a super cute PI girl from MFT and the Abstract Art stamp set.
More rainbows ;)

Not sure what's on our agenda for the weekend. Might be a little get away in sight!!

Have a wonderful day!
