Pretty Chocolate Razzleberries

Good Morning!
I have been trying to create at least one SU! only card a week. Even though I'm no longer a demo I still love their products. I've sold quite a few sets this past week which makes me sad but happy at the same time to know that they found a new home.
Obviously, this is one set I did not part with.
This was yesterday's Colour Challenge on SCS and also Mercy's sketch #56 on her blog. A clean and simple card....
Stamps: Greenhouse Garden; Cardstock: Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink, Choc Chip, WW and Razzleberry Lemonade dsp; Inks: Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink; Accessories: Scalloped Edge Punch, Mat pack and Paper piercer, Rich Razzleberry ribbon, Dimensionals

TLC meets Mojo meets a big mess

LOL! I don't know what I was thinking when I tried the TLC scratch 'n sniff technique. I didn't have any kool aid in the house so I tried it with my UTEE powder and some Card Scents Vanilla. In the end it worked out but wowzers....did I get a headache from all that vanilla smell...yuck! I had UTEE powder all of the flippin' place! Since I mixed the powder with a little bit of oil, I had to be sure I got it all cleaned up or the dog would be licking the floor! haha!
I also used Julee's Mojo 121 sketch for the card.
Stamps: Cupcake Affair from Verve; Cardstock: White, Real Red, MME Love Me Do dp; Inks: Memento black, Yo Yo Yellow; Accessories: Copics, Martha Heart punch, Corner punch, Key Tag punch, Curly Label punch, Dimensionals

PaperWorksCo's Charlotte

Happy Monday!
Guess what??
We are going to be 7C or 45F today!!! Bring on the heat!
Only a week and a half until CHA! I can't wait! So much to do before then, both at work and at home. I'll still squeeze some stamping in before then though ;)
Before heading to work yesterday afternoon I made a card for the Feature Stamper Challenge on SCS. I chose to case THIS card of Wendy's.
I used Charlotte's Valentine from PaperWorksCo. She's from the new Little Loud Stamps Freckle Love Collection.
Stamps: Charlotte's Valentine; Cardstock: Real Red. Lemon Tart, White and MME Love Me Do dp; Inks: Memento black; Accessories: Copics, Nesties, Ribbon, Stickles, Dimensionals
It's a new week which also means a new sketch on the PaperWorksCo. blog! Check out this sketch. Stop by the PWCO blog and play along if you can!
I've used Charlotte's Holiday Mail for my card. I thought this would make a nice thank you card to send out for some Christmas gifts we received.
Stamps: Charlotte's Holiday Mail; Cardstock: Blue Bayou, Orange Core'dinations, White and MME dp; Inks: Memento black; Accessories: Nesties, Copics, stickles, white fluffy sparkly stuff, silver brads, dimensionals, mini rhinestones
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a GREAT week!

Celebrate...Cupcake Style :)

It's a new year and it's time for me to start my card stash again! Not that I don't have enough already....lol...but what's ONE more, right? I'm always in need of a birthday card.
I used Taylor's TESC97 sketch for this card along with some more fun MME Love Me Do dp.
I can't recall the name of this Inkadinkado stamp set and if I was really ambitious I'd go look it up but I'm lazy...ha!
Stamps: Inkadinkado; Cardstock: White, Prism yellow and blue, MME Love Me Do; Inks: Memento black; Accessories: Copics, Nesties, Stickles, Paper Piercer, Dimensionals

Polka dots

Yesterday's Limited Supply Challenge on SCS was to called Love You Much. You were to make a card for someone you love and use only red, white, black or pink and also polka dots. Since I used some October Afternoon DP I thought Very Vanilla went better than white ;)
Pretty simple card that took only a few minutes. No ink, no stamps!
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, October Afternoon DP; Accessories: SU! butterfly die, ribbon, wavy border punch, mat pack and paper piercer, black rhinestones, dimensionals

Thinking of You

I've been kind of bummed today. Not sure why exactly. Could be the weather, could be that I didn't get to play along with the Baker's Dozen and the newest Taylored Expressions release or simply that I'm just tired. Tonight I'm hitting the hay by 9 pm! LOL! A good nights sleep, warmer weather on the way and hopefully some happy mail should make all good again!
I stamped today which was GREAT!
The Ways To Use It challenge on SCS was about using something new that you recently got for the holidays. I was lucky enough to finally find some of this wonderful October Afternoon Farm Fresh DP at a local scrapbooking store. I paired that challenge with Mercy's sketch #55 on her blog.
Stamps: Trendy Trees; Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Brown Core'dinations, Real Red, October Afternoon Farm Fresh DP; Inks: Choc Chip, Kiwi Kiss, Antique Distressing Ink; Accessories: SAMJ, Sponges, Button, Linen Thread, Scalloped Edge Punch, Ribbon, Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by today! Come back tomorrow to see an All That Scraps card I've made ;)

Love Bird Treat Basket

Today Taylored Expressions releases all the new sets! Sorry I haven't been able to showcase any of them but I'm hoping you've had a chance to cruise the Baker's Dozen blogs and check them out :)
Once again I have used the Wings of Joy stamp set for Valentine's Day.
This cute little box was created in seconds. It was the handle that took longer...lol
My Martha heart punch is really hard to use and I have to lean on it with all my weight just to get it to punch....lol!
The birds were stamped in Memento Black ink and coloured with Copics. I added some red stickles to the heart. Punched hearts cover the mistletoe ;)

Here is a close up of the glitter on the heart...
Stamps: Wings of Joy; Cardstock: Choice Snow White, Prism Blue and Red, MME Love Me Do; Inks: Memento black; Accessories: Copics, Nesties, Heart border punch, Red stickles, Dimensionals

Valentine Cuppie TLC

Hello!
I'm still stuck on this MME dp :)
Lucky for me yesterday's TLC on SCS was paper quilting and it was perfect for me to use up some of the scraps!
Today at 9 am PST the Baker's Dozen will start their sneak peeks for the upcoming release. Unfortunately, my stamps did not arrive in time so I don't have any new images to share but I did use a cuppie for this card! This is a cute image from the Love is Sweet set available at Taylored Expressions.
Stamps: Love is Sweet; Cardstock: White, Red and Yellow Core'dinations, MME Love Me Do dp; Inks: Memento Black; Accessories: Copics, Nesties, Ribbon, Dew Drops, Red Stickles, Dimensionals

Clara

I'm so glad it's Monday....lol because I have the day OFF~! Yeah!
I have a conference call I have to take from home but other than that the day is ALL mine!
I plan to stamp most of it too ;)
This is Clara and she is from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. She hadn't been inked up yet so yesterday I thought I'd use her for the Featured Stamper Challenge.
I cased this card of Ann's. I kept the same layout but changed the colours and image.

Get Whale Wishes Sketch Card

Today I'm playing along in my first PaperWorksCo sketch challenge. Take a peek at the sketch and I do hope you'll play if you get a chance!

Here is what I came up with for the sketch. I used the super cute Aqua Amigos and their sentiments. The whales were stamped in Memento black ink and coloured with Copics. I then cut out the images using some oval nesties. For some sparkle I added a mini rhinestone to each eye. I hope this card will bring a smile to the recipients face!Click for larger image.

Little Love Birds

This is one of many cards I made yesterday. It felt so good to stamp with my heater going full blast. I was able to take my time and not rush. No purple fingers or toes...haha!
This image is from a Christmas set called Wings of Joy from Taylored Expressions. I thought it would make a darling Valentine card by covering the holly with some punched hearts ;)
Don't you love this My Mind's Eye DP called Love Me Do? Another fave of mine ;)
Stamps: Wings of Joy; Cardstock: White, Core'dinations, MME Love Me Do; Inks: Memento black; Accessories: Copics, Mat pack and Paper piercer, Wavy border punch, Heart punches, Dimensionals

What's Up Cupcake? MFT Challenge

Good Afternoon/Evening!
Earlier today I saw on Christina's blog about the MFT challenge this month....getting blingy!
I soooooooo badly wanted to play along. Getting a good picture proved to be difficult. I had a hard time showing all the glitter/shine. Finally I just decided to lean the card back and viola it worked!
I'm loving the colours! So not winter ;)
Stamps: What's Up Cupcake?; Cardstock: White, Core'dinations red and yellow, MME Love Me Do dp; Inks: Memento Black; Accessories: Copics, Versamark, Iridescent Ice Powder, Nesties, White ric rac, Wavy Border punch, Rhinestones, Dimensionals
On a side note...I'm so frustrated by these silly tracking things. Last month my hit counter went from 900,000 back to zero and today I went from Stamping Top 50 at 53 to 507???? What's up with that? LOL! I think it's time to get rid of those stupid things...yes that was my outside voice :)
Have a wonderful evening! I'm off to play on the Wii Fit with Chloe!

Valentine Critters

Happy Happy Saturday!
I have a three day weekend and I am soooooooooo going to enjoy it! It's cold here BUT I have a heater for my craft area which means I will be stamping a lot :)
Today is day 4 of the All That Scraps previews and it's a CUTE Valentine set called Valentine Critters. I stamped the elephant image in Memento Black ink and coloured with Copics. I added a bit of glossy accents to the balloons for dimension and shine!
Stamps: Valentine Critters; Cardstock: Summer Sun, White and October Afternoon DP; Inks: Memento Black; Accessories: Copics, Wavy Border Punch, Nesties, Ribbon, Heart punch, Glossy Accents, Dimensionals
Stop by the ATS blog to see what the DT created!
Enjoy your weekend and thanks for coming by!

You're Purrrrfect!

Happy 2010!!
Today is day 3 of the All That Scraps previews.
This is Milo and Greta. Cute couple, eh?
See the sidewalk? I drew that...lol! I was inspired by all the sidewalks that Cindy draws and thought I'd give it a whirl. Does it look okay?
Stamps: Milo and Greta; Cardstock: White, October Afternoon DP; Inks: Memento Black, Soft Sky; Accessories: Black pen, Sponges, Nesties, Curly label punch, Dimensionals, silver brad, flowers

Season of Friendship SC261

I'm so happy to have found a balance with work, home and stamping! I haven't done this much stamping in a LONG time and I LOVE it! I know, I know...Allison reminds me that I should save cards to show on my "off days" but really...I can't...lol
So this is a card I made using the SCS sketch #261 yesterday.
And guess what?! I used more of this October Afternoon Farm Fresh DP...hehe!
I thought it would go wonderfully with the Season of Friendship stamp set ;)
Gosh...I wish spring was right around the corner :(
We are having super cold weather again and MORE snow...did I mention that I really dislike shoveling?
Anyway onto my card!
Stamps: Season of Friendship; Cardstock: Kiwi Kiss, So Saffron, WW and October Afternoon Farm Fresh DP; Inks: Choc Chip, So Saffron, Ruby Red, Pretty in Pink; Accessories: Button, Thread, Dimensionals

Do you have any special plans? I'd love to hear what you do to celebrate!
We'll be staying home this year. It's cold and snowy and it's safer to stay put. Besides I have to work tomorrow :(
It's day two of the All That Scraps previews!
This is Chanter Heartsong. I'm into the bright fun colours lately and I think she looks darling in green.
She was stamped in Memento Black and coloured with Copics. Again I've used some October Afternoon DP ;)
