Today we are sneakin' in with two new sets called Spooky Cuties and Spooky Sentiments.

Here's my first card. I had wanted to sneak a bit of purple in here somewhere but couldn't make it work....lol

My second card uses an embossing folder that I'm sure I've had for 5 years and it was still in the package....lol

I'm a huge polka dot person so when I saw the little bat I was excited!!!

Finally purple made it's way onto my third card! It's a colour I don't often reach for but for Halloween I love to pair it up with green and/or orange! I inked up the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Perfect Plum.

The Trick or Treat was stamped down the ribbon tab in Wisteria Wonder.

Reverse Confetti Sneak Peeks - Day Two

Lately I've been loving CAS cards and it's likely because I haven't had much extra time to shop online or in the LSS for designer papers. That might be a good thing ;) LOL!

For my card below I used the new set called Forever Fall. Oh how I wish we had a longer fall :( Around here we go from summer to winter quite quickly.

I die cut a tag and added a jumbo eyelet with some twill and jute. Stamped the pumpkins in Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive from SU!. The sentiment was stamped in Crumb Cake. Don't you just love that wood pattern?! So cute with the little heart carved into the wood ;)

Happy Tuesday!

Well I survived my first day on the job!
Think I'm going to LOVE it!
I do miss my old team in Calgary though. Especially today when flowers were delivered to the store from my old district manager, store managers and the specialist team! They made me cry....lol. It's so nice to know that I was loved!

Tonight I'm heading back to Calgary for a day and a half. 

Looking forward to seeing my family and maybe sneaking in a little bit of stamping on Wednesday...hehe!

Sunday before leaving for Lethbridge I was able to create this fun card for the Paper Players Challenge #160 which was a sketch.

I used the fun Inner Rockstar and Arrows 'n Elements from Reverse Confetti.

Time For Cake & Ice Cream!

Tomorrow I start my NEW job! 

I can't wait. People ask if I'm nervous all the time.

Those that know me well, know that I don't really get nervous but I am EXCITED!

I didn't have a lot of stamping time this weekend as we started to clean up the house and decide what's going(to be donated, sold or to the dump!) and what's coming with us.

I combined the Dynamic Duos Challenge #67 of Calypso Coral/Crisp Cantaloupe with the Freshly Made Sketch #1.

I don't own any Cantaloupe so I subbed Blush from PTI.

Here I've used some sweet stamps from Reverse Confetti.

HB2U - Dynamic Duos #66

Last weekend the Dynamic Duos Challenge was Pool Party and Black with an option of embossing.

I reached for my trusty spots and dots embossing folder and the fun MFT matching stamp and die set called Party Balloons. I LOVE THIS SET! Might be my all time fave die and stamp combo! 

For a little more pizzazz I added some sparkly candy dots in the corners.

Pretty quick and simple CAS card that came together in a matter of minutes!

Last weekend the Paper Players had a fun challenge....a challenge it was too! LOL!

A clean and simple one layer card. Ack! Right? LOL!

Luckily there are these fun stamps from MFT!

Once again I reached for rainbow colours. I don't know what I'm going to do once summer is over and we move to fall. I love these happy colours!

Gosh this week has been crazy! So much to do!

I'm exhausted and I've woken up with a headache today. So not cool :(

I don't know what I'm going to do soon with little to no stamping happening for a few weeks! ACK!

This coming weekend I am going to get inky as often as I can....haha!

You Will Never Find a Rainbow Looking Down

Happy Monday!

We had a fabulous weekend here in Calgary. The weather was FANTASTIC! Hot!

I spent a little time outdoors but coming into the air conditioning was nice....ahhhhhh!

Sunday afternoon I played along with the Featured Stamper on SCS.

I love Heidi's card here with all the circles....so fun!

When I first started this card I was going to use a sentiment from the I Like You set from Reverse Confetti because of the glitter but there were so many options that I changed my mind. Going with a sentiment from Dream In Color and more rainbows ;)

I love how the glitter softened the look.

Grabbing scraps of coloured cardstock from my bin I die cut a bunch of different nestie circles, ran it through my Xyron and added SU! Dazzling Diamonds. A quick and easy CAS card!
