SCS sketch Cards

Good Morning!
Before showing you my SU! only card and a new H & M stamps card I want to wish my husband a
VERY HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY!!
I can't show you his birthday card because every now and then he pops onto my blog....my luck today will be one of those days! He'll get it tonight after work!
Later this morning the new Taylored Expression Stamps will be listed in the store! Come back to see my last sneak peek in a few hours :)
Yesterday afternoon I was able to play catch up on the SCS sketch challenge 218.
My first card is a SU! only card. This Washington Apple DP is a fave of mine! I stamped the butterfly in Pumpkin Pie and then rock'n rolled it in Riding Hood Red.
Stamps: Simple Friendship; Cardstock: Riding Hood Red, Pumpkin Pie, WW and Washington Apple DP; Inks: Black, Pumpkin Pie, Riding Hood Red; Accessories: Eyelet Border Punch, Bashful Blue Grosgrain, paper snips, Dimensionals
My second card for the sketch challenges uses a new set from H & M Stamps called Seasons of Trees. I paper pieced the tree top and added a tree swing and bird house hanging from it. There are a bunch of fun images in this set!
Stamps: Seasons of Trees; Cardstock: White, Choc Chip and Autumn Vine DP; Inks: Memento Rich Cocoa; Accessories: Copics, paper snips, wavy border punch, primas, brads, dimensionals, mat pack and paper piercer
Thanks for stopping by!
