To those forever friends....

I've got a couple posts to share with you today so be sure to scroll down for the second one!
I needed a quick(10 min) card to send to a friend that I'd sort of lost touch with. She's one of those friends that we don't talk often but we've been friends for 30 some years. A couple times a year we just pick up where we left off and catch up on what's been going on in each others lives. Do you have friends like that? The kind that you don't HAVE to talk to on a regular basis yet still be the best of friends?
I'm going to pop this in the mail to my friend today!

Yes, I have friends like that ... several of my sorority sisters from college. We are scattered all over the country but when we do visit via e-mail, phone, or in person ... we just pick up where we left off! LOVE those girls!

"Forever Friends" are the very best! I just said good-bye(again) to mine this morning. She had been here for 5 days & we just took up where we had left off & had a blast the entire time she was here. Oh, how I will miss her! I am going to make her a card today.
