It's all about men today!

Good Sunday Afternoon!
Sorry no early morning post today but I spent a great deal of yesterday with a headache so I just took it easy. I'm feeling GREAT today though!
It's a busy sports day here at the Easton house....
Oiler's are currently playing(and winning) and the Nascar race will be starting soon too! Go Gordon!
I was looking over Jen's sketch for this weekend and thought about making some holiday cards for some single men we know. I hope this one will do...even with that bow?!
Other than the ghost snowflake both of my cards are SU! only cards.
Stamps: Loads of Love; Cardstock: Bashful Blue, NQN, Olive, Watercolour paper and Maine Blueberry DP; Inks: Black Stazon, Bashful blue, Olive, NQN, Going Gray, Summer sun, Close to cocoa; Accessories: Aqua painter, Olive ribbon, Ghost snowflake, Dimensionals
I figured since I had out the masculine papers, I'd make a pick me up card for a male too! I have a ton of those Thinking Of You cards, but ALL are for women....
I kept this fairly simple since it was for a man....no bling ;)
This was made using Taylor's sketch #40. Instead of having the sentiment on the lower right hand corner I put it up top and made it a square rather than a circle.
Stamps: Loads of Love; Cardstock: Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, WW, Watercolour paper and Maine Blueberry DP; Inks: Black Stazon, NQN, Olive, Bashful blue, Going gray, Summer Sun, Celery; Accessories: Aqua painter, Mat pack and paper piercer, dimensionals, olive ribbon
Thanks for stopping by!

These are PERFECT masculine cards, Dawn! Love the way you've colored the truck, and both layouts are fabulous! I especially like the way you put the words up top on the second card, really makes for a great layout! Fabulous!

Both of these cards are great. I think you have shown that masculine cards do not always have to be done in dark or neutral colors. Great job on the challenges as well. TFS.

great cards Dawn! I need to pull this set out again and play with it. I have very few masculine stamps/sets, so this is one that I've kept around.

Hi Dawn,
I think your cards are fabulous masculine cards. I like the the use of ribbon on the first card...think of it as a bow tie or just a tie. Well done.
