Finally....

Happy Sunday!
Guess what today is??!! Nope...not Race Day....that happened last night :( I won't get into that though...lol
It's the first Regular Season game for the Edmonton OILERS!!!! I can't wait to start screaming at the tv. It gets Snickers(our dog) all worked up!
Again, you probably didn't come to hear about my sports stories eh? I'm sure I'll have a WHACK of people unsubscribing now...oh well!
I've got another sneak peek to share with you today from Little Paper Shop. It's a new sentiment set called Make a Wish. I've paired up the Aged to Perfection sentiment with the Still Hot Granny stamp. Cracks me up!!!
Stamps: Make a Wish, Still Hot Granny; Cardstock; Summer Sunrise, Lemon Tart, White; Inks: Mementon Black, Summer Sunrise; Accessories: PTI ribbons, Long Rectangle Nesties, Word Window Punch, Circle Punches, Flower Punch, Dimensionals, Copic Markers, Embossing Folder
I had a wonderful mail week!! Lori from Inking Aloud was sweet to send me this card below. She recently participated in a Shoe Box swap and had this one left over and sent it to ME!! Thanks Lori!

A couple of weeks ago I told Kelly from Crafting Creatively about the Georgia Pacific White paper from Walmart. I'd actually used it for the first time when Lori sent me some! LOL! When we were on vacation in August I picked some up(we don't have it at Canadian Walmarts). I thought she may like to try some too so I sent her a little bit to give it a whirl. Well look what she sent me back! This super cute card and tons of stamped images plus a Magnolia stamp(which was already in use) so I didn't get a pic of it...lol Thanks so much Kelly!
I'm pretty stinkin' lucky to have such fabulous bloggin' friends!

I haven't had much luck RAK'n others though...mailed out tons of cards a few weeks ago and only heard from two that they received them...could be the mail I guess :(

Sweet cards! Love the color combos and texture of both. On the paper, what thickness is it?
I'm a lady sports fan, also. Sports is better subject matter than politics! Thanks for sharing.

Cute cards...I always use WM white..what did you think of it? I take it and have it cut up into quarters at a shop and it is so handy to grab a piece and stamp away!

We have Penguins season tickets, and split them up with friends. I made sure to save the Oilers game for myself. I'll be sure to let you know when I watch the Pens whoop the Oilers in person! LOL. Really fun card, pairing that image and sentiment.
